This position exists to plan, develop and maintain both internal and external facing tools to achieve integrated behavioral health services (CCBHC, BHH, and OICC) policy goals. This person works collaboratively with staff, teams, departments, and other internal and external partners to support and lead the integration of behavioral health services across administrations as necessary to complete the work. This position exists to plan, develop and maintain both internal and external facing tools to achieve integrated behavioral health services (CCBHC, BHH, and OICC) policy goals. This person works collaboratively with staff, teams, departments, and other internal and external partners to support and lead the integration of behavioral health services across administrations as necessary to complete the work. Domain of responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Provide project management, technical assistance, and guidance to support data analysis for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC), Behavioral Health Home (BHH), and Officer Involved Community Based Care Coordination (OICC) services program. -Develop and maintain professional knowledge base required for this position; inter-personal communication skills, cultural responsiveness, and skills necessary to champion the implementation of the OHS policy on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Three (3) years of working experience advocating and/or providing support for mental health programs and/or services. Experience must include: -Understanding of person- and family-centered, evidence-based, and trauma informed approaches. -Advanced skills using Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS WordMS Excel, and Teams. -Researching and analyzing multiple sources of data to meet compliance standards. -Working knowledge of federal, state, and county government, laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines regarding Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare programs or another state Medicaid program. -Large database management skills for creating databases, data collection, creating data polls, manipulating and securing data. *Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral health, public health, social sciences, or another related field may substitute for one (1) year of work experience. **Master’s degree in human services, behavioral health, public health, social sciences, or another related field may substitute for two (2) years of work experience.
