Position is in office four (4) days a week and can telework one day a week if eligible telework which includes applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework. Complete the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Security Awareness training within 3-business days from the start of employment; and successfully obtain/retain CJIS certification annually.

This position exists to provide administrative and program implementation support to the Program Integrity Oversight Division (PIO) by working in collaboration with the PIO leadership team to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures and standard operating practices. The incumbent is responsible for but not limited to the following: • Performing and/or assuring the timely performance of all business requirements established in the administrative policies and procedures and standard operating practices. • Providing administrative support as required by PIO. • Managing schedules and meeting document production/processing. • Providing support for division communications and human resource processes and procedures. • Working in collaboration with and providing administrative support as required to PIO and its reporting Divisions.

Accounting/Budgeting/Expense experinece managing, preparing, and submitting financial and accounting paperwork, such as expense reports.
Customer Service Skills managing voicemail, incoming and outgoing mail, and email correspondence.
Database, Documents, and Records Management relating to documents or records retention.
Development of Administrative and Programmatic Procedures assisting with forms and all processes related to hiring and the onboarding process.
Spreadsheets creation/development and editing experience using Excel.
Word Processing experience with the following computer applications - Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe.
