The purpose of this position is to develop, deploy and administer a program that provides for limits on receiving public funds, as specified in Minnesota Statutes Section 245.095. The position works closely with the Assistant Deputy Inspector General for the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG’s) Program Integrity Oversight Division; managers, supervisors and staff in all OIG divisions; and partners in multiple areas of DHS, at counties and Tribal nations, and at other state and federal agencies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Lead the ongoing planning, implementation and project management processes for the OIG’s implementation of Minn. Stat. 245.095, Limits on Receiving Public Funds. • Coordinate and lead partner engagement related to Minnesota Statutes Section 245.095, Limits on Receiving Public Funds. • Lead the OIG’s activities related to Minn. Stat. 245.095 by supporting OIG leadership in sensitive, political and executive level interactions; provide analysis and recommendations; and develop executive level communications.
